Website 



How do I view my personal profile?
After logging in, click on View Profile, where you can check your renewal status, renew your dues, update your address and contact information, and manage your email subscriptions.
When does my membership expire?
All memberships are set to expire on December 31st. Check your personal profile for the year (see above question) under Membership Details.
How do I recover my password?
Click the Forgot Password link in your member login box.  Passwords will be sent to your email address.  If you do not receive the email in 5-10 minutes, please contact our office.
How do I view the membership directory?
To view the membership directory, you will need to log into your online account.  Only current members will have access to the membership directory.  After logging in, click "Members Only" and then "Private Membership Directory".

Advertising/Announcements


How do I advertise with SPPA?
SPPA accepts advertisements from member companies only.  View our Advertising Prospectus.

How do I submit an announcement?
Send your announcement to ashanti@sunbeltppa.org.  If appropriate, SPPA will post your announcement under the "News" tab on the site.  Selected announcements may also be included in the SPPA newsletter, Bright Ideas!

Membership



How do I join SPPA?
Please complete the membership application and submit payment.  Individuals who cannot provide a PPAI or ASI number will be required to submit invoices indicating that you have conducted promotional products business in the last 6 months.  
How do I obtain a receipt?
You should have received a receipt automatically for purchases online.  You will receive a receipt for check payments after they are entered.  If you have not received a receipt, please contact us for further assistance.

Trade Shows



Do I have to be a member to exhibit at your show?
No, you are not required to be a member to exhibit at our shows, however, members receive significant discounts off of our booth rate.

Do I have to be a distributor member to attend your show?
No, you do not have to be a distributor member to attend our show, however, all SPPA members receive FREE admission to our shows.  Non-members will be required to pay the non-member registration fee.

May I bring my client to your show?
Currently, SPPA does not offer end-user shows.  Please do not bring your clients to our show.
