Distributor Membership

SPPA Offers multiple levels of Distributor Membership.  Each distributorship will select which level of membership is the best fit for your company. 

Available Membership Categories:
  • Individual Distributor.  1 Member.   $75.00 per year.  A single individual holds membership. Only this one individual can attend the shows at no additional cost.  SPPA will charge $10 per additional attendee per show.
  • Small Distributorship. 2-4 Member Contacts.  $95.00 per year.  Up to 4 individuals will hold membership with SPPA.  All listed member contacts can attend the show at no additional charge.  All member contacts will receive the full benefits of membership.  Additional show attendees will be $10 per person per show.
  • Medium Distributorship.  5 – 9 Member Contacts.  $115 per year.  Up to 9 individuals will hold membership with SPPA.   All listed member contacts can attend the show at no additional charge.  All member contacts will receive the full benefits of membership.  Additional show attendees will be $10 per person per show.
  • Large Distributorship.  10 -  20 Member Contacts.  $125 per year.  Up to 20 individuals will hold membership with SPPA.  All listed member contacts can attend the show at no additional charge. All member contacts will receive the full benefits of membership.  Additional show attendees will be $10 per person per show.

Membership Benefits
  • FedEx Discounts.  Through an agreement with FedEx®, SPPA members receive shipping discounts on three FedEx programs: FedEx® Express, FedEx® Ground and FedEx® Freight. For companies that regularly ship through FedEx, annual savings are an average of $300+.
  • SAGE Discounts.  As a SAGE Affiliate, members of SPPA are entitled to discounts on a variety of SAGE services, including: SAGE Online™, SAGE WebExpress Pro™, SAGE WebStore™, SAGE Company Store, and SAGE ShowLink.
  • Office Beacon Discounts.  Through a partnership with Office Beacon, SPPA members can now receive savings on basic and complex vector artwork production, logo design as well as digitizing service for embroidery.
  • Bright Ideas.  SPPA members receive our printed quarterly newsletter, Bright Ideas with articles for increasing business, announcements for upcoming SPPA events, advertisements and specials from SPPA members and legislative action alerts.  Bright Ideas has become a major resource for promotional product professionals in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and the Florida panhandle.  All member contacts will receive Bright Ideas.
  • Reduced Admission to Other District 2 Regional Shows.  Distributor members of SPPA receive admission to the following other regional association trade shows at the regional association's member rate.  All SPPA Member Contacts will be eligible to receive reduced admission to other District 2 shows.
  • Caribbean Advertising Specialties Association (CASA)
  • Carolinas Association of Advertising and Marketing Professionals (CAAMP)
  • Georgia Association of Promotional Products Professionals (GAPPP)
  • Gold Coast Promotional Products Association (GCPPA)
  • Promotional Products Association Florida (PPAF)
  • Promotional Products Association of the Mid-South (PPAMS)
  • Admission to the PPAI Lounge at the PPAI Expo.  SPPA Members receive free admission to the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) Expo and to the Regional Affiliate Lounge.  All SPPA Member Contacts will be eligible for admission to the PPAI Lounge.
  • UPIC Identifier.  SPPA Members receive automatic qualification for a Universal Promotional Identification Code (UPIC) Identifier, helping promotional product suppliers immediately recognize that your company is a qualified distributorship.
  • PPB Magazine. SPPA Members receive a free subscription to the PPB magazine, the official monthly business magazine of PPAI.  Total Savings annually:  $62.00, nearly the cost of an annual membership with SPPA!  All SPPA Member Contacts will receive the PPB.
  • SPPA Educational Scholarship Award.  Annually, SPPA awards a scholarship for up to $1,000 for members who are pursuing their MAS/CAS certification that is applied towards a professional development accredited seminar of their choice.  The funds may be used to cover the cost of the course as well as travel expenses.  All SPPA Member Contacts will be eligible to receive this award.
  • Voting Rights.   One vote per member on all matters relating to the association.  All SPPA Member Contacts will have voting rights.
  • National Promotional Products Coupon Book.  Distributor members receive the National Coupon Book with over $10,000 in coupons.  Each distributorship will receive 1 coupon book per member contact.
  • SPPA Show Admission.   All SPPA Member Contacts will receive free admission to SPPA shows.  Additional attendees to SPPA shows will be charged $10 per attendee per show for admission if at least 1 person from the company is a member of SPPA.  If no one from the company is a member of SPPA, each person from the company will be charged a non-member admission of $20.00 per attendee per show.
