Hotel Information

SPPA's Free Hotel Room Promotion
For those of you who received the FREE room promotion as a reward for your early registration, you will receive a confirmation email from SPPA with hotel details and your confirmation number.  Room and tax will be paid by SPPA.  Our hotel for this show is the SpringHill Suites by Marriott at the Colonnade.

SPPA has a small block of rooms reserved at a special rate of $99.00 at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott at the Colonnade.  Contact us to make your reservation

Shipping Information
You may ship up to 2 boxes directly to the Cahaba Grand Conference Center, however, please schedule your shipment to arrive no earlier than Friday, March 9, 2012.  If you choose to ship directly to the Cahaba Grand, you will be responsible for locating your boxes upon your arrival to the conference center.  Please label your boxes as follows:

Our preferred method of shipping materials is through our convention services company, Veal Convention Services.  
Exhibitor Kits
Exhibitor Kits to request additional tables, electricity or to arrange shipment of freight is available as a PDF.  All services will be provided through our convention services company, Veal Convention Services.  While many of their services will be available onsite, we highly recommend you request services in advance as it will save you money and guarantee that your services are available on-site. 

Booth Assignments
Booth Assignments will be available soon.  The booth layout is available here.  As a reminder, the following will be provided to you as part of your booth rental:
  • (2) Skirted 6 foot tables
  • ID Sign with your company name
  • Sidewalls
  • Back Drape
  • Name Badges for All Booth Personnel
  • Refreshments during set-up, show hours and break-down
**The Cahaba Grand Conference Center is a fully carpeted facility.
