SPPA Partners with Down Syndrome Alabama's CHAMPS Program

At this year's SPPA Fall Showcase in Alabama, we were honored to welcome a special group of volunteers from Down Syndrome Alabama’s CHAMPS (Creating High Achievers in Meaningful Practical Situations) program. These incredible young adults assisted with exhibitor move-in and move-out, and their positive energy and willingness to help made a lasting impression on everyone they met.

Our exhibitors were thrilled to have the extra support, and it was a meaningful opportunity for SPPA to give back to a cause that aligns with our values. In recognition of their hard work and the incredible impact of the DSA mission, SPPA proudly made a $1,000 donation to Down Syndrome Alabama—and we’re excited to name them as our 2025–2026 Charitable Partner.

We look forward to continuing this partnership in future events and finding new ways to support inclusive opportunities in our community.
