Who We Are:
We are a member-driven organization delivering quality education, trade shows, networking forums and friendship to promotional products professionals in the Southeast. Our supplier members come from virtually every state in the nation. Distributors are from Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and the Florida Panhandle. An 11 member Board of Directors, which is elected each year by the membership, governs us.

• Fall Showcase – we typically visit three cities, in three different states, in three days with our Fall Showcase. The event features professional development seminars as well as a tabletop trade show.
• THE Show of the South – it’s our largest event of the year and the largest show in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle. In addition to a packed show floor with over 90 suppliers the show also features a full day of professional development and networking with nationally acclaimed speakers.
• Promo Lunch – our Promo Lunches feature up to 10 suppliers and a delicious lunch at each location. These mini-tradeshows pack a mighty punch and are a great way to spend your lunch hour meeting local reps. This year due to the COVID-19 pandemic we managed to restructure these events on virtual platforms, but we look forward to re-instituting our in-person format as soon as possible keeping our member's safety as our number one priority.
• Holiday Showcase – our last Holiday Showcase In addition to the show, the Holiday Showcase typically includes a beach party, and professional development seminar. This is the perfect time to see the first new products coming out the following year, find out about current year-end closeout specials, and take ideas back to your clients for the holidays. It's also turned out to be a good excuse for our members to bring their families and enjoy the last warm days of the year on the white sand beaches of the "Gulf Coast Paradise."
