WHO CAN ATTEND:

This show is open to qualified distributors and their clients. Distributors who are not current members of SPPA must be able to provide one of the following – PPAI number, ASI number, SAGE number, UPIC, five invoices from promotional products suppliers, or proof of membership in another Regional Association. If you have any questions or concerns about meeting these qualifications, please call our office at 205-588-8004. 

Suppliers who are not exhibiting and children under the age of 14 cannot attend this show.  

COST:

SPPA Distributor members can attend the show at no charge and invite clients at no charge.

Non-Member Distributors can attend the show for $25 per person and invite clients. They will be charged $20 for every client who attends the show. Distributors will be invoiced post show for each client who attends.

Members of any Regional Association can attend at the SPPA member pricing. 

Keynote Speaker: Vince Herrera

Demystifying DTF: What You Need to Know About the Newest Decoration Technique.

Vince Herrera from DTF Station is a key expert and presenter for the brand, known for explaining Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technology, demonstrating their Prestige series printers (like the R1, R2 Pro, XL2, XL3, XL4), and showcasing UV DTF printers such as the Aries 113, offering guidance on costs, maintenance, and versatility for custom apparel and hard goods. He emphasizes ease of use, minimal upkeep (like auto-cleaning), and the wide range of fabric customization possible with DTF.

Vince's educational keynote address will demystify DTF - What you need to know on the newest decoration technique (including live demo at the show) sponsored by DTF Station and SEPS Graphics.

SPPA is excited to have SEPS on site during this year's SPPA THE Show of the South, providing a live Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing demonstration throughout the trade show. Attendees will get to see custom SPPA shirts printed right on the show floor, offering a real-time look at the decoration process from start to finish.

DTF printing is a modern apparel decoration method where artwork is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and heat-pressed directly onto a garment. This process produces vibrant, durable prints and works across a wide variety of fabrics and colors, making it an increasingly popular solution for short runs, full-color designs, and quick turnaround needs.
