SPPA joins with other Regional Associations to host Promotional Products 101 training event

The Regional Associations that represent the Southeast are coming together to host a daylong training event on August 9th in Birmingham, Alabama, “Promotional Products 101.” The event is designed for those new to the promotional products industry – in sales, account services, support, accounts payable, graphic design, or some other role. “We want attendees to leave with a general knowledge of our industry and a 50,000 foot view of how it works, “ says Loren Richardson with alphabroder, vice president of SPPA and one of the speakers. 

Promotional Products 101 is approved for 4.25 CAS credits and will include an industry overview, introductions to apparel and hard goods, networking lunch, distributor tips, and a panel discussion. All attendees who complete the training will receive a certificate of completion. 

District 2 covers Puerto Rico and the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. Members of the CAAMP, CASA, GAPPP, GCPPA, PPAF, PPAMS and SPPA can attend for the member price.
